Vowchi is an end-to-end gift card platform for small and medium businesses. Merchants embed a branded voucher widget on their website, customers buy digital gift cards that arrive by email with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and staff redeem vouchers in store through a dedicated Staff App with QR scanning. Physical voucher codes can be tracked in the same ledger as digital vouchers, giving a single source of truth for outstanding liability, redemptions, and sales reporting.

- **Online sales widget** — Embeddable JavaScript widget supporting up to 50 recipients per transaction. Multi-voucher checkouts route through Stripe Connect Direct Charges so funds settle straight to the merchant.
- **Apple & Google Wallet passes** — Every digital voucher ships with native wallet passes. Apple passes use storeCard style; Google passes use Issuer 3388000000023049047.
- **Staff App (iOS, Android, Web)** — Native apps for redeeming and selling vouchers in store. Offline-capable with localStorage caching, debounced search for scale, and 5AM rollover for end-of-day reporting.
- **Unified ledger** — Physical and digital voucher codes managed together with outstanding liability tracking, aging reports, and accountant-ready exports.
- **Dashboard analytics** — Online vs in-store sales breakdown, redemptions today, sales by day, and currency-aware formatting based on merchant preference.
- **AI voucher import** — Lovable AI-powered CSV/Excel column mapping for migrating existing voucher libraries with overwrite support.
- **Internationalisation** — 16 languages with dynamic UI scaling (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Turkish, Russian, Arabic).
- **Marketplace** — Public `/discover` directory lists Vowchi merchants, ranked by sales volume, with JSON-LD structured data per business.

- **Free** — €0/month. Physical voucher tracking, digital ledger, reporting, and Staff App access.
- **Per Sale** — €0.99 per digital voucher sold. No monthly fee. Includes online widget sales, branded digital vouchers, and wallet passes.
- **Unlimited** — €39/month. Unlimited digital voucher sales and redemptions. €0.49 per voucher overage after 200 online sales/month, metered through Stripe.

All paid plans require an active Stripe Connect Express account; SMEs incur Stripe processing fees on each sale. A referral program grants one free unlimited month to both referrer and referred merchant.
